The location was great and amazing, in the old city centre of Edinburgh and the interior design was nice. Also, North Shore was 3 km away from the hotel.
Even though we agreed to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, internet connection was weak.

Will be back, it was a really nice stay of a weekend. The hotel boasts very central location to Christmas market. Moreover, it is near to the centre of old town, the train station and grassmarket and most attractions by walking distance. The room is large and beautifully designed and the staff are friendly. Climate control and a lounge are available.

Spent my time lovely here. I had en suite, spacious room with gift wrapped in cellophane, lovely bathroom and safe. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges too.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak plus the bed of mine was very poor quality.

The room was new-fashioned, with a flat screen TV and two large windows; it had amazing views. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were outstandingly accommodating. This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to pubs, restaurants and Grassmarket and nearby restaurants. Moreover, Charlotte Square was just a short walk away from the place.
